Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with us!
February is Black History Month and we celebrate Diversity in the Black Culture and Community.
Black History is a collective story made of diverse people and cultures. In this issue, we'll see a glimpse of that diversity of cultures and backgrounds - two native-born Angeleno's, a man who was raised in the segregated city of Cleveland, a newly baptized man from Nigeria, a woman who grew up in and around Los Angeles, and a man who is mixed race, among others. We learn about how historical events and cultural environments influenced their lives. We also see how God engaged them in their lives.
